by savannah music festival | Swing Central Jazz | It was an honor to shoot the Swing Central Jazz Mentor Program for the third year in a row! The competition is high gear for high school jazz ensembles across the country to be given the opportunity to work with jazz greats like Ron Westray, Jim Ketch, Dave Styker, Marcus Roberts, John Clayton, Jason Marsalis. The students spend a day working vigorously with their mentors to better prepare themselves for two days of competition which is held in various locations throughout the city. We had so much fun shooting interviews with the talented student musicians and wish them all luck!
