SCAD Disney Imagineers
It was an honor to be asked by the Savannah College of Art & Design to capture such a moment! This morning, a team of four bright, hard-working and talented SCAD Students were chosen by Disney, as one of only four other teams picked out of hundreds worldwide, to continue onto the final round in the Disney Imaginations program!
To capture the moment we utilized the Panasonic HVX 200 with Firestore FS-100 firewire storage, and shot in 1080i. The students were called into a meeting and gathered around the phone, not knowing what to expect. The phone rang, the Disney rep made the announcement via conference call, and moments later the students burst with enthusiasm. In order to keep the clarity of audio from the phone, we attached a wireless mic to the phone, hidden from the camera (Sennheiser Evolution Wireless Bodypack System).
